The 75th Independence Day celebration took place in Raikia, in eastern India's state of Orissa. The town is the heart of the region, and hundreds of people gathered for the national day celebration. Candlelight danced in the air, as the priest led worship. The town is also home to an orphanage and is the focus of many patriotic days, Independence Day, Republic Day which brings hope and new life.The celebrations continued after the ceremony. Dr. Debasish Jena presented has been awarded certificate for his outstanding contribution during Covid-19 pandemic. The role of a Raikia community health center in the COVID-19 pandemic was essential in ensuring that access to health care was equitable and timely. Despite the fact that the COVID-19 pandemic has hit the country hard, community health center, Raikia played pivotal role in rural communities.
